challenges and solutions
The most important drawback of a previous company website was significantly limited access in editing the content, which resulted in lower usability for customers and employees. Old project had also unattractive design and inefficient system so the need of improvement was obvious. Rebuilding the website, in its crucial areas, assumed to implement 11 language versions, 100% responsive and user-friendly interface as well as to create a modern and intuitive design.
In cooperation with the graphic agency we built the Raben Group website from the beginning. Due to large content, we offered TYPO3 CMS the best solution for the customer. With this system, we could guarantee editors-friendliness and the ability to change the content at any time without help fro the outside. The key issue of this project was to make the new website fully responsive because nowadays there is a real need to use it on mobile devices. The next step included the implementation of an efficient search engine Solr, which enabled rapid filtration of the content. It is crucial, since the website is running in 11 languages and is edited by independent editors from all over the Europe. In the en it is worth to mention our other services for the client such as technical training and support after the relaunch.
