2. How do we collect your data?

Some data is collected when you share it with us. This can be, for instance, data introduced into the contact form, registration data given while signing in for the newsletter or in the application form. In relation to data processing by us you have the right:

The request should, as much as possible, precisely indicate what the demand refers to. If we are not able to establish the content of your demand or identify you, we will contact you for further information.

The response to your request will be delivered within a month from its arrival. In case of a necessary  extension of  the delivery of the response, you will be informed about the reasons for it.

The response will be delivered to the email address from which the request was sent and in case of request sent via letters, it will be delivered by a standard letter to the address indicated by you, as long as the content of the letter will not indicate the willingness to receive the feedback via email (in such a case you have to provide an email address).

4. Data recipients. 

In connection with realizing the service personal data will be revealed to external entities, especially to providers responsible for IT system service.

Data can be revealed to proper organs or third parties which will issue a demand for providing such information based on proper legal basis and according to current legal regulations. 

5. Data processing in connection with the Website.  

In relation to your usage of our Website, we collect data essential for providing respective services offered, as well as the information about your activity on the Website.

If you use the Website, we collect data which will be transferred onto our server by the internet browser which you use (aka log server). When you call our Website, we collect data which because of technical reasons is required for content display of the Website.

8. Contact form and your data. 

  1. While filling in the contact form you will be asked for your personal data. The scope of data collected is the following: name, surname, workplace, e-mail address, the content of your message. The condition which has to be met for the form to be sent is providing email address for further contact. You can also provide us with other data in order to facilitate contacting  you or responding to your enquiry. Providing the data marked as obligatory is necessary for receiving and dealing with the message - nor providing it will lead to lack of possibility to respond to your question. Providing other data is voluntary.

  1. in order to identify the sender of the message and give response for the question sent to us - based on your consent given by sending a contact form and providing your email address in it;
  2. if you contact us in order to make an agreement, your data will be processed to take proper steps to conclude the contract - based on your preference;
  3. in order to establish, lay or defend demands - based on our legally justified interest. You are entitled to objections;
  4. for analytical and statistical reasons - based on our legally justified interest  which is about analysing the activity and preferences of Users while using the Website and in order to improve the functionalities which are used.

  1. Data obtained in order to reply - during the period essential to reply/ explain the case or till you remove the consent for data processing or we find out that the data has changed;
  2. Data obtained in order to conclude an agreement - during the period of negotiating  the agreement and till the end of the calendar year following the year when you contacted us the last time;

9. Newsletter subscription  and your data.
 

  1. While signing up for the newsletter you will be asked to provide your email address and accept Rules and Regulations of the Newsletter. The condition of signing up for the Newsletter is to provide an email address  and accept Rules and Regulations of the Newsletter. Signing-up for the Newsletter is voluntary. 
  2. We will process the data given in order to provide you with the Newsletter subscribed - onto the e-mail address given - based on the agreement about rendering the service of the Newsletter (according to the Rules and Regulations of the Newsletter).

10. Your data and our accounts on social networking sites.

Personal data of people visiting our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Clutch, Youtube) is processed only in connection with operating on a profile including informing about our activity and promoting various types of events, services and products and in order to communicate via available in social media functionalities. Legal basis of data processing is our legally justified interest which is promoting the band as well as building and maintaining the community related to the brand. You are entitled to raise an objection.

12. Transferring data outside European Economic Area.  

In view of cookie files  or similar technologies used on the Website and as a matter of technical solutions used in the processing including cloud, electronic mail, CRMs, solutions supporting our contact form, recruitment form, newsletter subscription form, your personal data is processed by us and it can be transferred to  a third country e.g. the country which does not belong to European Economic Area. 

We additionally inform you that your data can be transferred to the USA. At present the USA is not subject to decisions of European Committee that certifies proper protection level of personal data - according to european legal standards. In relation to lack of proper protections - there is a risk of insufficient protection of your personal data collected by these cookie files including the risk that American public authorities will have access  to the data transferred. Such a situation may result in limiting your rights within personal data protection which you are entitled to according to EU law. 

We take care of ensuring proper protection level of personal data during each transfer based on legal mechanisms indicated in GDPR regulations, we particularly take care of the transfer to be based on: 

  • The decision of European Committee that certifies proper level of protection (in case of the countries towards which the decision was issued);  
  • Standard contractual clauses approved by European Committee (in case of other countries including a transfer to the USA).

13. Safety of the processed personal data.

  1. Our Website uses SSL or TLS encryption. 
  2. We process your personal data  with the observance of due diligence to the fact that the data is processed  in a legal, reliable, transparent and safe way. 
  3. We obtain personal data for clearly specified goals and we do not process data in a way which does not comply with these goals - we collect it in a minimal scope, indispensable to achieve goals.
  4. We process personal data only based on foundation determined by legal regulations, we take care of its currency and correctness and we limit the time of its storage only to the period necessary to achieve goals for which it is collected.

  6. We undertake all essential actions so that our subcontractors and other parties cooperating give guarantee of using all the necessary safety means in each case when they process personal data on our commission.
